Marie-Louise Stille studied theater studies and culture and media management at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). She completed a master’s degree in cultural management with a minor in media management at the Franz Liszt University of Music Weimar and the Bauhaus University Weimar. She was a scholarship holder of the Academy “Msuic Theater Today” in the cultural management division of the Deutsche Bank Foundation (2017-19), a mentee in the mentorig program of the German Cultural Council (2020-21) and scholarship holder of the Young Women Leadership Program from the Synk Group (2024). Besides she is founding member of the association “WAM-Women in Arts & Medien”.
During and after her studies, she worked as a director, assistant director and cultural manager in the fields of musical theater, dance, music, acting and at festivals in Latin America and Europe, including: Compañia Nacional de Danza (Madrid), Dutch National Opera (Amsterdam) , Usedom Music Festival, Theater Nordhausen and Bach Biennale (Weimar). Some of her last projects as a freelance project manager was the premiere of “Ménage à trois” with Ensemble Berlin at the LAB Frankfurt and the performance management from “Totenstag” at Humbold Forum in Berlin. As a cultural journalist, she writes regularly for the magazine “Contemporary And” (Berlin) and the blog “Opera en Argentina” (buenos Aires) and “Kulturmanagement Network” (germany).
Marie-Louise previously worked at Opus 3 Artists Europe as Artist Assistant Manager (Vocal Division) and as Executive Assistant.
